Dine Out with Perks gives eligible LNER Perks members access to a £5 discount at participating restaurants across the LNER route.

This means, you will be able to redeem £5 off your meal (with a minimum spend of £10 redeemable on food and soft drinks). Individual restaurants may be subject to their own terms and conditions so please check these before redeeming.

For LNER Perks members who spend £30 or more the offer will be available in the LNER App under My Perks, which you can find in the My LNER area. Once you click on the offer you will receive a unique code to your App inbox, then:

1. Visit the Dine Out With Perks website and enter your unique code and registration details to access.

2. You will automatically receive an email, which you will need to keep hold of to access the webpage again. 

3. Browse participating venues and select a restaurant near you.

4. Click ‘claim’ when you are ready.

5. Your unique code/voucher will be emailed to the email address you registered with, You will not be able to redeem at the same venue until the following Monday at 00:01.

6. Present your voucher in restaurant or quote unique code to restaurant staff when booking. 

The offer is available to UK residents aged 18 or over who are registered LNER Perks members and spend £30 or more in one transaction directly with LNER, through the LNER App or website, between 1 September 2026 and 30 March 2027.

No. The offer is non-transferable and can only be used by the original LNER Perks account holder. It has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged.
